Team Registration - SCUDEM XI 2026
The cost to register is $100 per team and payment will be processed in section 3 of this form.
The team registration process is broken into 3 sections. Section 1: Coach, Section 2 (1-3): Team Members (1-3) and Section 3: Payment. Coaches or Team members can complete the registration process.
Only 1 registration is required per team. By submitting your email address as the coach, you consent to receive emails from COMAP sent from @comapmath.org with updates, news, and promotional content. We value and respect your personal data and privacy, and we will never sell any team information.

Student email addresses will be used by COMAP only to share student enrichment opportunities. We only share the names and designated contact information if the team receives a named sponsor award, allowing the sponsoring organization presenting the award to recognize the team directly. The demographic information you provide will have no bearing on the evaluation of your team's submission and will help COMAP advance its mission in mathematical modeling education.
